KEYS FOR YOUR WOMB

An important task, often due to its complexity and always due to its delicacy, is the healing and balance of our womb, our center of sensations. That is why, if the daily situations throughout our lives that have generated stress, pain, anger, devaluation, have not been healed, due to a multitude of circumstances, they will be captured in our womb. That is why it is important to pay attention to this part of our body, our second chakra and our beloved sacred cauldron.
Perhaps as a woman you have ever experienced:
Menstrual pain, amenorrhea, dysmenorrhea, irregular periods, pain during sexual intercourse, fibroids, cysts, endometriosis, etc.
Many women today suffer from disorders related to the health of the womb and ovaries, without modern medicine being able to determine the primal origin of these disorders, in most cases. Sometimes giving unhealthy solutions such as the use of painkillers or hormonal treatments, having to do surgery in the most serious cases.
For many women the word womb (or uterus) is synonymous with pain, suffering and pathology.
Can we do anything to maintain the good health of our uteruses? The answer is yes.
For over 15 years I research and study different body, mental, energetic, emotional and spiritual techniques, I have trained with many specialists in all areas of this feminine matter and as a woman, who had suffer from PMS, menorrhagia, have had issues with fertility, miscarriages and overcome all of this and helped many women of all ages, I have reached several conclusions that I now share with you some keys to take care of you womb.

Understanding your physical womb
Learn about your womb, where is it, what hormones it secretes in your menstrual cycle, how it is connected to your body, how your body reacts in each phase of your cycle, take care of your nutrition, detoxify your organs, exercise, move….
Emotional care
Our womb is a very sensitive emotional vessel. The emotions that get trapped in it are very deep: sexual repression, abuse, lack of love, lack of recognition, submission, learned helplessness, etc. All of these are events that women have gone through thousands of times throughout the history of patriarchy and that we keep trapped in our womb. That is why the uterus hurts inside us because of our own personal burden and that of all the women who have preceded us. By freeing ourselves from these burdens, we will release the pain trapped in our wombs.
Energetic care
The womb is synonymous with fertility. Energetically, the womb is the materialization of the second chakra, which is the chakra of creativity and also has a special connection with the 4th chakra, the heart, and with the 6th chakra, in its most feminine aspect: intuition.
Fertility is not only about bringing children into the world, but about gestate and giving birth, for example, ideas and projects. When the second chakra is unlocked, the imagination is also unlocked and the ability to create increases, from a new cooking recipe to a new mobile application or a new business project.
Social care
Human beings need other human beings. Love and empathy are part of our health. Women need to talk and be in the company of other women who listen to us, understand us, who do not judge us and who teach us through their own experience. Friends are a source of healing for women. Sometimes, meeting up with women you don't know at all can be even more nourishing. I love women's circles. Wonderful and miraculous processes occur in them.
Ask for help
You don't have to do it alone. If you feel overwhelmed, ask for help. You will discover that there are many people around you who can help you, from family, friends or professionals.
I'm sure you can get out of any situation on your own. But, believe me, it's not necessary. It's much easier if you let yourself be helped.
