Palo Santo and White Sage are sacred elements used in traditional medicinal ceremonies.
Palo Santo, meaning ‘holy wood’, when burned, the smoke is believed to have both medicinal and therapeutic healing powers.
The White Sage plant scent is revered for its ability to purify, protect, and elevate space.
Traditionally burned ceremonially in purification rituals, it can clear a physical or mental space of stagnant or negative energy. When burning, hold at a downward angle and allow flame to catch hold. Gently blow out the fire and waft the smoke into areas that need cleansing.
